How to reserve the Parkwood clubhouse or pavilion

Parkwood residents can rent two spaces for parties, meetings and get-togethers: the indoor clubhouse and the covered outdoor pavilion.

How to reserve

1. Go to the Parkwood amenities page and click the reservation request button for the space you want.
2. Submit the form through the HOA help center.
3. Once approved, you’ll be contacted, and the date shows up on the community calendar.

Reservations are first come, first served, and only residents can book. Fees come from the HOA’s site and can change, so confirm when you submit.
